1996 civic ek stereo setup question
i got a 1996 civic ek its a ex, i just bought this pioneer cd player from my uncle for free so i fixed it and i need a place to fit it in my ek, well i have two places,
1- on top of the dash like over the stock radio and heat ac panels you know, i can make a fiberglass box to make it fit
2- or put in in the tray under the stock radio heat ac panels(u may not know either of the places if you never seen an ek interior)
ok if i do do ne of these i want to keep my factory radio in place so does anyone know how i can hook up both the radios at the same time like what wires i need, i dont want the factory radio to work but just have power, i just want to hook up my pioneer with it so both can be on and in the car
thx for anyhelp

just buy the correct wire harness adapter from CC or BB for your car and radio and then just connect the power from the harness and split it with the OEM radio. simple. But I dont see the point?
