The only 95 civic si I know of is a hatch. If thats what you were talking about, there isn't a hatch that came with OEM power windows from what I'm told. Please correct me if you know otherwise.

your correct! no eg si comes with power windows or power locks! nor does it come with all the wiring ready to do it!
you have to run the wires on your own...

Help with what? You want power windows and locks? Search for it. I did it to mine. Was a pain in the *** for sure. Be sure to have all of the parts before you do it... and then have a FULL day to do it (if you want it to be nice). I have swapped engines faster than I comverted my doors to power

i did search but cant find wiring diagrams thats what i really need. i have all the parts actually 2 sets of them one black interior one tan and i even have a set of ex doors

I checked the part numbers and, no, the 95 Si does not appear to have been pre-wired for power locks or windows.
95 3DR SI
32751-SR3-A02 - WIRE HARNESS, DOOR (DRIVER)
32751-SR3-A02 - WIRE HARNESS, DOOR (PASSENGER)
95 2DR EX (a model with power windows - notice the wiring harnesses are different on each side because the driver's side has power over both windows and locks and the passnger side only has power over the passenger side window and lock)
32751-SR8-A11 - WIRE HARNESS, DRIVER DOOR
32752-SR8-A01 - WIRE HARNESS, PASSENGER DOOR
