well.. with the import scene blown up here in cali it's hard to find a good deal. a bone stock ride like that it would be ideal to start fresh. 2500 is ok but i would always try to go lower.

aks about the timing belt ... the tires ... how often he changed the oil .. and all that other crap and for everything he says no to .. lower it a few bucks ... you can get him too 2300 with ease .. unless he did do all that stuff ...

exactly, in florida these things are not rare and isnt to hard to find a stock one. (mine was i/muffler and fatfives) for a lot less than that with a OK body and no problems except a wierd idle which was the IACV=$20

2500.00 kinda high but nonetheless a nice car i wanted a ej1 b4 i was gonna get a em1 i'd found 1 for 1500.00 w/d16z6 engine still in clean title and only 150k miles

your gettin ripped if u pay over $2k for that thing. $1500-1800 is the most I would pay,and most liely what's goin to get at the end of the day anyways. swapped civics sale from $3k-4, so just either save for a swap or talk him down and use the extra money for your project funding.

i got my 93 civic hatch dx for 2500. bone stock, clean title, no rust, every 3,000 miles oil and filter change, plugs,roator cap and wires changed and my car is at 130,000 miles. i thought it was a awsome deal...!
