When i got my hatch back in oct 2010 it already had the b20 turbo that was tuned and running 8psi but after winter it seem to run like crap, right now when you would step on it in 2nd or 3rd gear it jerks it's kind of like when your doing 20mph and have it in 4th gear then setup on it thats what it feels like then it gets moving pretty good, but also when i'm doing about 75mph on the freeway the steering wheel shakes like crazy could that be the cv joint or the steering? sorry if i'm missing something or if the writing is everywhere just let me know if you need more info

For your steering problem you should check to see if your tie rods or upper/lower control arm bushings are bad that might be the problem.
