1992 Si Hatchback *STOLEN* Reward for info - Oklahoma City Area
The car was stolen Sunday night (10-03-04) from the OU Commons Apartment complex. It is dark blue, has a carbon hood & duckbill spoiler, and black Rota Slipstreams, and an LS swap. There is a $1000 reward for any info pertaining to the theft of this car. If anyone has any information, or knows anything, contact Jason (the car's owner) at 650-4846 or 360-4748. Jason is now without a car, right in the middle of the college semester, and at a financial hard time, so it would be very helpful if anyone has any information about this.
The tag # is IZP-074
here are some pics of it (the car now has the side mirrors and door handles back on it).

Damn, that sucks. I've been a theft victim too, and the end result wasn't very pretty.... I hope you have better luck than I did with finding your car.

hopefully it was just some dumbass who doesn't part out the cars after stealing them. But it was in norman, so I would bet it will end up in pieces. I'll keep an eye out for it here in Tulsa.

here's pics from the recovery, norman is a small place, and we pretty much know everyone that likes hondas down here, luckily the motor had not been pulled yet, i dont think the morons could figure it out. i have a pretty good idea who might know something about it, i think one of them drove by and tried to stare us down while we were talking to the cops, i see this moron at my college all the time, im gonna hit him up whenever i see him next. here's pics:
he's been in a pretty good mood, considering he just got JACKED!!
at least the morons who took it only took the screwed up parts like his ghetto carbon hood and spoiler, and scarred up rotas with DEAD azenis's on them. they even took his 8$ wannabe type-r shift **** - this ******* thing looked like it had been dropped in a blender about 4 times. they also tried to take his suspension on the rear of the car, but i guess they could not get the brain power up to figure it out. anyways, not a total loss, but still is shitty. the worst thing gone is the stereo.

Hope you find the bastard that took it... I had my car vandalized, head unit and shift **** stolen, and in the process my entire dash destroyed. My car stayed in the shop for a month waiting on parts. I eventually got a new dashboard from insurance, and they also paid for a rental for a whole month (too bad it was a Cavalier, in retrospect I would have chosen the Focus... long story...)
anyway... Now I have a 12-gauge for anyone who decides to mess with my baby .
I had a friend that had a 99 Camry with $1200 rims and a $5000 system in it. Woke up one morning and it was gone. They found it 8 months later in the next county in a bad neighborhood. Completely stripped. Rims and system of course, but they had taken out the seats, air bags, and rolled the odometer 40,000 miles... sad fate for a nice car. Moral of the story: thieves suck and alarms are an important investment!
good luck to you

he had no alarm on it. yeah, he drove it without an air filter, and still does. yes, he's a moron.
we figured out how they started it....man, this is too easy to steal a civic. they just took a little part of the ignition switch off, and turned it.....and there you have it. if i had the screwdrivers sitting there, i could have any 92-95 civic started in less than 1 mintue. really disturbing how easy these cars are to steal.
i will be having an alarm with a pager installed this weekend!!!

No ****, thats why you have autolock, alarm, and kill switches to the VERY LEAST!!!
After that, you start taking out parts that make it necessary to start your car. Make them tow the ****!
