Default 15X7 with a 40mm offset on a 96 ek Will it rub?

and if so what tire size would you reccomend for daily use? and if i did want to run a wider tire like 225 series drag radial in the front would i just have to raise the car or set my springs HELLA stiff?

even if i run a 225/50 series tire? because i was thinking about getting some drag radials in the front the BFG's are those any good or would you guy suggest a better tire or tire size? and what should i run for the rears?

+40 will suck the tire into the wheel well more than +35. The closer you get to zero the closer you get to the center of the wheel. So at +0 offset the hub is bolting to the center of the wheel.
