Yes they will fit. See sig., I have 14's for my winter tires (though my sig. doesn't say that, I have the same braking system), but 13's definitely WON'T fit. Trust me, I have tried it.

My friend had some 13" lenzo's on his Si so they can fit. You just need the right offset. The rim needs to be deep enough to fit over the Si's caliper but its possible.
