03 civic steering wheel swap into 94 civic?

i was wondering if this swap is possible..and if possible to retain all the features, airbag cruise control.. the swapp is a 2003 civic EX steering wheel into my 1994 civic EX..is it possible?

Not possible, the splines are completely different.

Unless you modify the wheel or steering column.
