Default 01-04 Honda Civic Climate Control Into 99-00 Civic...

Has anyone put a 01-04 Honda Civic Climate Control Into a 99-00 Civic? Any idea if the climate control panel is the same width/height. Just by looking at the pictures I also know the vents will not line up exactly. The custom wiring is not a problem. Any help/Pics will work. Thanks

Lude, with over 3,000 posts you should know how to use the search button...correct? Try to search it, which ive already done and youll know it has never been done. The civic forum is a tech forum and this is not a Tech question. If i asked how to do this, then it would be a tech question. Thanks for chiming in. Do all of us a favor and think before you post.

Just because it hasn't been covered doesn't mean it hasn't been done or attempted before. Even tho this is cosmetic related, it is still a tech question and should be in the civic forum. I apologies if my attempt to suggest a different forum while throwing some Saturday morning hangover humor out there all at the same time with one picture ruined your day.

Because:

1) It wouldn't fit right
2) It wouldn't wire in right (ie. plug and play)
3) It's ugly
4) The vents won't match up
5) 7th Gen Coupes/Sedans suck

Did i ask for comments on the subject? or did I ask for pictures/help?

1) The hole in the 99-00 is the same as an 01-04 so it would fit decently.
2) Not everything needs to be plug and play!
3) Thats your opinion.
4) The vents would line up with a little homemade mod.
5) Thats your opinion as well.

Then do it. If your opinion counts, then do what you want.
