Default 00 civic... what will help me get some good numbers?

I have a 00 civic and i have h/e. And i want to get some more pony's. I dont want to turbo it. anything helps. thanks

CAI and intake mani, good filter. Port and polish. Cams, valves, pistons. Adjustable cams for dyno/street tuning. And slightly advance your ignition timing. Leave the plugs and plug wire oem. It's probably the best you're gonna get. Raise the compression. Look on ebay for ideas on all N/A parts you can get. Good luck.

BTW you're looking at at least 2k for decent power where you could spend 800 for your homemade turbo and do the same thing... but each to his own.
