¿¿Do These Controls Light Up In Your Civic?? (96-00)
Hi people,
I have a question regarding the attached jpegs/pictures. Do any of you happen to know if any of these control units (Moonroof Switch) and (A/C Climate Control Switch) light up when your lights are switched on?
- Basically, in your own Civics, do the white parts/drawings light up so that they are visible and easy to locate at night?
Thanks and sorry if I posted this question in the wrong area. Its been a while for me and hondatech.

Thanks for the quick reply. I swear, I thought that the white icon outlines on both switches did at one point. And just figured they went dead over time. I am also able to confirm that lights above the HVAC do go on (those are all good to go). But because those lit up, that only made me believe even more that at one point the white part did as well. Anyway thanks again and it was good to confirm.
If anyone thinks differently, please add. Otherwise, I think we got this one as a case "closed".

Hi, just wondering if anyone thinks differently about this.
¿ Do the white parts/drawings (on either of these switches) light up (when you turn on your light switch) so that they are visible and easy to locate at night?
The answer provided earlier was "No". Is this correct?

I think they do light up, unless it was only the EM1's that had the amber lights on the a/c buttons. Sunroof button never lit up for me. I'll double check my sedan to see if the ac buttons light up.

The moonroof switch does not have a bulb or LED; so, it is not lit.
The circuit diagram does not show a bulb or LED illumination as part of the switch. In addition, Honda parts diagram shows no bulb for the moonroof switch.

Thanks for the replies, really appreciate the feedback in helping. Except for the clown w/the cat picture- everything else was actually helpful.
