Deschlong, Thanks for providing some useful DIYs to this forum. In the coming months I will be using a lot of what you have put together to make my USDM EG Si very daily friendly.

And ... I kind of misunderstood what you were asking in this thread. I thought you were wondering if the coloured plastic was present in the cluster so it would light up yellow. But, you were really asking about the bulb? Yes you can pillage this from a 96-00 cluster.

Great modification for our cars. On my vx cluster I just used the up-shift arrow with an amber reflector so that it tells me when it is time to "fill-up". Since I have a d16z6 my up-shift does not work with the p28 ecu. All I need is to eventually swap in the 12 gallon tank from an SI so that my fuel gauge is better calibrated and do not run out of fuel on long trips as a bonus.
