*ALRDY SEARCHED* Passing State Ref: Civic DX 1992 w/B16A JDM
i searched all of the threads and posts and i have come to this conclusion... i need a USDM intake ,USDM ecu, USDM exhaust manifold, and a USDM evap purge. as far as intake goes, i am going to get a CAI, and DC Headers. I was wondering though, what car do i get it for? B16A would be my engine, would I be purchasing engine parts for a 00 si? evap purge would require a USDM intake manifold, which year do i look for? and USDM i assume is finding a P28 which was USA spec.. help plz!
CAI and Headers i am thinkin Injen/AEM + DC headers. I've seen these with nice Carb numbers on them. Which car am i getting these parts for? i'm thinking like an 00si but wouldn't that make it require the B16A3 engine? i'm so confused.
if someone knows, just make me a list and i'll be on my way... ty!

You Definatly don't need all that! whe I went for the test everything to do with the motor except the ECU was JDM. that being said,
Even though I already PMd you the info, here it is for everybody to see.
Well here's what I needed to have done:
-All wiring to be soldered & heat shrunk(no crimping because it has to be as good or better than OEM), New O2 sensor, New cat, USDM ECU for that particular motor(P30) and also the engine has to be the year of the car or newer(otherwise your F*d right off the bat).
What I'd also reccomend doing(seeing as how I BARELY passed):
New plugs and wires(performance or OEM), use the garunteed to pass stuff and a complete fuel system cleaner(and follow the directions properly of course), a fresh oil change, and then hope and pray when your at the test center.
Also if you have any aftermarket parts on the motor take them off for the test(even if they are carb approved). As far as the last question you'll want to buy parts for the motor or cars with the same/similar motor such as a 99-00 SI or 94-97 delsol VTEC

For the Header... If you have a heat shield on it, I know you can get away with using your JDM stock header. I went to 3 refs using my jdm header (with heatshield) and none of them said anything about it.
If you check the DC website, many of the headers for the 99-00si and 94-97 del sol DOHC VTEC have the same part numbers.

yes you can, like I said EVERYTHING on the motor except the ecu were all JDM I went to 2 so it's obviously not a problem.
