$4500 for a 97 ex W/120k, worth it?

I can get him down to $4000 I think. Supposedly really clean with a ice cold Ac. Is that high mileage you think? Will things start breaking? He has a new timing belt. The car need to last at least 2 years troulbe free & up to 150k. good or bad deal?

sounds good if the body and interior are straight
120k is low miles for a 97

There's some guys on here with 250k+. It will last. Of course, as always, try to talk it down.
