"new girl on the block"
i'm tina, here to learn. this is my ride:
· b18c1; gsr swap (tips on cleaning my engine bay anyone?)
· aem short ram intake
· greddy sp2 exhaust
· ground controls
· tokico blues
· apexi v-afc
· rota group n wheels
· skunk2 racing billet shift ****
i plan to keep my car low key. would love the power but don't want to lose reliability. future cosmetic mods:
· side markers
· carbon fiber hood (my hood's rust is killin me!)
· sound system
· new paint job
· amber corner lenses
...until the day i can afford to buy a turbo kit on impulse!

you should add the rear disc swap and 1"m master cylinder/booster swap as well.. would help that b18 slow down.. hope you got a garage for that thing in the bay area.. every other left post is either socal, or sf. im from oakland originally, so i know how bad it is there.

Does it have to be your first thread? I've posted before, but I actually didn't get my car until after I joined the forum. Is it too late to introduce my car in this forum?
Again, tt0xic, I'm sorry to get off topic and draw attention away from your thread.

nice ride! i dont think you need to do much to the car, save yourself some money and leave it as is for the exterior. go for your turbo set up. i agree paint the intercooler black and piping to make it less attractive to cops. Good looking ride

Yup, I was wondering where they are, I mean ****, it's already been up for 1 whole hour and I didn't notice any leg humpers already.
Maybe this is the dawning of a new age...an age without mindless leg humpers...
Or maybe it's just wishful thinking...

If you want to keep it low keep, I'd really recommend you steer clear of carbon fiber body panels such as the hood. Anyway, they're a pain in the *** to keep looking new and clean.
Decent start. Looks like a straight body.
<-- Another girl on the forum. Just try not to use your gender as a crutch.

Or perhaps they were somehow able to read my mind and know that I'll delete their posts and dock percentage points....
Either one.

Re: (NOFX)
a crutch? not at all. this post was simply an ice breaker.
i am sketchy on the hood, figured it would be a nice alternative to a hood with rust.
sweet detailing tips

nice ride... from the picture it looks like you need to put more of a dump in the rear end to even it out...
man, I miss the bay...but everytime I go back home to visit.. I'm kind of glad I left.

You misunderstood what I said.
I said not to use your gender as a crutch as so many other women have been known to do.
"Don't yell at me. It's not my fault I (fucked up my car). I'm just a girl. "
Or, titles such as, "Help a girl out!" It really stresses the damsel in distress deal. There's no reason our cars' problems should matter more just because we have different junk. Which, when you stress that you're female, it calls attention to the thread and post (and you) that might otherwise not happen.
