Default "Bad Idle" PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

OK...so there is something wrong with my car and I'm not really sure what it is.. I just did a JDM B16 swap in my 97 Civic and well I was able to turn on the car and everything but I am having a idleling problem. The car turns on and everything but if you aren't accelerating it the car will just turn off. The RPM's will go all the way down and turn off. The car revs fine and everything but it just doesn't stay on. I was thinking that it might be the idle control since I was cheking it and it seems that the plugs is not the same (the stock plug has 3 wires and the JDM one came with 2 wires) was thinking of putting the stock idle control but I first want to make sure if thats it. Please help me out..I would really appreciated if someone could help me out with this.. THANKS GUYS!!!!

put the stock one back on, and then come back and say that's not it.

Not to sound smart, but anything dealing with "Idle", and you've got that situation you described going on, you probably need to fix that.
