Default DIY: Installation of Bumper Plugs on the Honda Civic Hatchback Sport

Here's another tutorial on How to install Bumper Plugs for those that have the front plate bracket and wants to get rid of it without having to paint the entire bumper because of the two holes.

Is the front plate delete legal in all states or does it vary from state to state? I'm from Australia and front plates are mandatory on cars, largely because many fixed installation speed cameras take pictures of the front plate. Don't want to interfere with our government's revenue raising
Strangely front plates are not required on motor bikes and as a consequence almost 70% of bike riders caught speeding don't get fined.

Front plates aren't required in Arizona. Coincidentally, they do require emissions testing.

My state doesnt require it either but since I bought my car in New Jersey the tech thought I was from new jersey which that state requires it.
