35% tint would look good as long as it's a smoke color. The dark interior help to reinforce the darkness of the tint.

I did 35% SunTek Carbon all the way around (~27% net) and IMO it's a little too light. 25% if you can find it!!

I got 15% all the way around on my ralley red - looks really dark unless you stand at an awkward angle and look into the driverside window through the windshield. ONLY THEN is when you'll be able to see some of my dash/steering wheel. Deff does suck at night. I have to put my windows down when i'm paralell parking and ****. But then again - here in PA its not legal, but no-one has given me any probs. "Knock-on-wood"

I got 15% all around, all 5 windows.

Its been going fine for me. But since its an Lx and the interior is the standard yellowish when the sun or lightpost at night hits it straight on u can see inside. Thats the downside, but I think it saved me from being pulled over couple of times.

Also for those with the questions about seeing at night:

Its fine with me you get use too it after a week or so. Only difficult thing is that you need to be careful backing up in poorly lite areas. ANd parallel parking at night is a lil rough, but not impossible. Join the darkside!

you should do 5 % BG (back glass) and rear and on front driver /passanger door a 20% is good ... i can see fine in the dark when parking on the side walk (this is coming from a guy that never scrapes his rims or tires on the sidewalk) i live in cali i'v passed alot of cops and never got pulled over , my friend on the other hand has less darker (20%bg) and 30% on the sides and he used to get pulled over all the time.... so really it depends if your lucky or not .

i know this you can tint any % on the BG and rear windows and on the fronts you must allow 70% of light coming into the car btw what area you live in ?

dont take short cuts go to the best installer and ask him whats the best matirial their is and what kind of warranty they/he'll do . oh and pleaase dont use any liquid cleaners to clean INSIDE the window tint such as windex (contains amonia) even if the product says "safe for tinted windows" just use plain water and a microfibe cloth and your good

I have 5% rear and 50% in the front. You really can't tell in this picture, but the front does not look tinted at all. Even 50% tint is illegal in CA, but it's so light, the police can't tell.

It was sort of a waste, but it does reduce the glare on the DVD player.

I think 5% rear and 20% front looks nice.

50% is not illegal , law says on front driver/passanger side you must let 70% of light go thro i belive , and i belive a 35% is fine i forgot how to reduce the figures to compare the % allowed x the tint level... i know this cuz i was in a tint shop biz before... i got a 5% on back and 20% on fronts i belive fronts are illegal by 5 or more % .....

In Cali, you can make the rear as dark as you want as long as you have mirrors on both sides of your car.

Legally, you can have nothing on your front windows or windshield. However, most cops are cool as long as they can see inside your car easily when approaching.

Actually, I believe it is. Specially since I have been written up twice for it on previous vehicles.
