Default VSA button question

i have an 07 Si sedan and sometimes the back light for my vsa button comes on and sometimes it wont. when its on and i push it to disengage it, it goes off for maybe 30 seconds and then itll come back on, but here lately it wont come on at all.

anyone know anything about this, i pretty sure its not the bulb going out or something like that because one these bulbs dont usually burn out and two if it did burn out, it woudnt come on sometimes and not come on others.

thanks in advance

the light should only illuminate when the vsa system is working to control a loss of traction (example: spinning, sliding tires from a wet road ) or if you have the system disengaged by turning it off with the button.. anything else may be an electrical problem that needs attention

none of you are reading what im saying, the vsa works perfectly, but the BUTTON that we use to disengage and engage it has a BACK LIGHT, like the light that comes on BEHIND the max ac button, not the green led, the actual back light. thats what im saying the BACK LIGHT for my vsa button isnt coming on or only comes on sometimes.

the BACK LIGHT, not the little triangle with the ! in it, thats in the DASH by the tach

if im not being clear, let me know, but i thought that what i asked before and now is pretty straight foward.

You worded your first post kinda funny. But if the bulb is ooly working sometimes behind the dash by the tach maybe the connector is loose or where its sodered in (don't know how to spell it).

i guess i may have...well anyway turn your lights on, look at the VSA button, see if it lights up like the back lights of you climate control and stock radio. idk if the stock head unit come on, i have and oem touch screen navi.

thats kinda where im at with this, the back light for the button comes on intermittently...
