its kinda lame since it comes with a 155 hp motor and 4 door only, but the front end looks alright and the auto versin has paddle shifting on the wheel

Isn't is even lamer that the civic 4 door only comes in a 140hp motor, not to mention SOHC? I don't find it so lame that the CSX gets the same motor and tranny as a non type-S RSX which has been in production for 5 yrs instead of the new R series motor.
FYI up here in canada we get both the civic and csx, so YOUR civic is not nicer since we get all of them up here. At first I thought the civic was a better value then the csx, but you just have to see it in person, sit in it and drive it. The fit and finish of the csx is totally apparent from just sitting inside the showroom model and very deserving of the "A" caliper badge. Stay tuned for pics.

Our Honda civic models are the same, 1.8L 140 hp.
Our Acura CSX design was actually adapted by the Japanese and used for their honda civic sedan, I was very surprised about that.
