Review: new turtle wax ice wash car soap
well im just gonna give a lil quick review.
after 3 years of using meguiar's gold class car soap, i think i found something that definitely makes the car look a lot better afterwards. the meguiar's was a good soap for 10 bucks. and the new turtle wax soap is the same price as the meguiar's but the sheen of the paint is just so much more vibrant i dont think im ever going back to meguiar's. the meguiar's didnt really foam up as much as the turtle wax, and as you washed the car, you see the sheen from the meguiar's but once u rinse it, it just seems to go away and make your look like you just dusted it instead of washing it. now the turtle wax was just amazing to use from the start. when ur washing the car, u can see how much more vibrant the car is gonna look, but that factor only gets better when u rinse it down and dry it with a clean microfiber drying towel (which i highly recommend). and it says that it doesnt leave swirl marks which always happened with the meguiar's. and after experimenting with their claim of swirl free soap, they are in fact correct, which i found surprisingly. i would post pics, but its kind of pointless since its night time right now lol and i dont have any pics of what my car looked like after the meguiar's and i dont have a digi cam and i only have my phone.
but just a quick review for those who want a real good soap.
this soap won me over!! and had my friends asking what soap i used to wash my car. it works that good.

yea i saw it at autozone and i was actually debating between the 2 lol but the bottle i saw was small and the turtle wax was a huge container and i hate buying soap cuz i always see something new and im tempted to get it lol but ill give that a shot when i run out of turtle wax. i was a lil worried that the beads would micro scratch my car... sorry im a lil paranoid but i should be since im rockin the fbp lol

I just ran out of turtle wax zip wash so i'll go pick some of this up, I washed my car for the first time in 2 months or soo today and all I thought the whole time is how bad it needs a claybar/polish/buff/wax That and it looks like my front end got buck shotted

i would definitely get on that ^^
update: so its the 4th day since i washed my car and it still looks like i just washed it!!!
also, i noticed the meguiar's attracted a lot of dirt unlike the turtle wax. cuz my car is still smooth as ever and i cant feel any dirt specs. the meguiar's i could feel it right after i drove down the street =[

Doesn't the Turtle Wax product contain wax product in it? I don't use combo products and washing is only part of the equation.
I use Meguiars NXT Generation products. I use Tech Wax 2.0 every other week with Quick Wax in between. After every wax application I follow with Ultimate quick detailer/final inspection.
For those who haven't given Meguiars scratch X a try you are missing out.

I was about to say the same thing.
OP, if the Meguiar's doesn't gloss for you, then you are waxing your car incorrectly. The reason it is more glossy than the Gold Class for you is because it contains the extra stuff. Meguiar's car washes don't add anything onto the paint; they just remove the dirt. Sounds to me like the Turtle Wax stuff will be catching lots of teeny tiny particles (unseen by the naked eye) that will scratching your paint. If your car is already waxed, if doesn't need a wash with wax ingredients.
I use nothing but Meguiars products (with the exception of Black Magic tire shine) from the interior to the exterior, and my car shines better than when I picked it up at the dealer.
