Default K Series Stroker Kit

I was curious if anyone knew anything about the stroker kit for the K20?
I believe TODA and Brian Crower both make a set.

I can only imagine this would completely rebuild the engine...what else would be necessary besides the kit for some "all engine gains"

Any comments besides "search" would be helpful. Thanks.

brian crower makes a kit and it states its for the
z3...however i havent seen anyone with it

THERE IS however a full kit from HYTECH that a member on another forum dyno'd with about 270hp all motor.

everyone is getting ahead of themselves. we dont even have a method to tune our cars yet and we want to do crazy builds. besides the hondata reflash what else is there?

don't know nothing about stroker kits but a 2 litter is already a good start.

are you that bored with the 2.0 that you want more?

lol.

all points aside stroker kits sound very interesting and the hp sounds promising but i my self would probably wait for the k pro before attempting internal mods of anykind.

Obvious lack of tuning software aside, a Stroker kit would end up being lots of fun, plenty of extra torque without the turbo lag, but seems kind of redundant in the fact that you can run a K20 head on a K24 for the same effect. I also imagine the K24 would allow you to bore and stroke even more displacement if you where crazy enough (Honda K30 WTF? ^^)

It would be interesting to see how well the internals hold up in a K20 stroker kit, Honda carefully designed and balanced the engine to achieve a reliable 8k+ rev limit while still keeping the engine reliable for supposed years to come, changing the internal bore and stroke, along with rod ratio kind of trashes years of design and millions of engineering dollars.

i'd give a little more time before someone here builds a K20/24. it would be interesting to see.

but i dont see it happening until K pro
