Default Clutch/Transmission noise for 2007 Honda Civic
2007 Honda Civic, Whirring noise when clutch is engaged and engine reaches 2500 rpm in 1st while driving; no noise in neutral.

Could be the input shaft bearing, but it would be impossible to diagnose that over the computer.
