We decided to meet some friends up Stunt Rd, then cruise down to Malibu from there. Well, we get to the top of the rd(windy mountain roads mind you) and shoot the **** for a bit. We, this kid with his friend come up the hill in a brand new SI. He looks no older than 10. He was revving it up and taking off fast. I said to my buddy 'watch, i bet he doesnt make it down Stunt..' Well I was right
my buddy mike was behind him, saw him try to cut inside, NEXT to the mountain in an apex to pass a land rover, he clipped the mountain, and rolled it

they were ok, a lil shaken up.

I have to say I also hate kids getting cars they can't drive because they look cool , kid down the street got his license next day, brand new RSX-S, funny thing was though, kid can't drive stick, almost saw him cream a car in front of him at a stop light, and god knows how many times I saw him stall out, etc. OR , chick flips her already less than a year old jeep, next day, uh oh upgrade now she's in a lexus suv, or a chick who was a genius left all her doors unlocked in her car (neon i want to say) and went on a weekend trip for school, left it in the parking lot and was amazed to find it stolen, well parents bought her a new car too! And yeah that kid - if that's him - does look like a ***** and doesn't deserve a license or a car at least, get him a 4 hp power wheels to start with

I went to HS with these girls who called themselves J.A.Ps (Jewish American Princesses) and called their posse the "princess club" ba sically comprised of "rich jewish girls" who just sat around and talked about how much money their parents made.
Anyway this one girl didn't know that you needed to slow down for speed bumps so she cracked her block or something. Apparently her parents were not mad because it was "a three year old car it doesn't matter"
Uh....
And the other one thought it was "disgusting" that people can drive cars any older than 2 years, and that it was unheard of for anyone to have a car without leather.
And she always said, "hah you have to drive with both hands and feet I only have to use one foot!"
she thought manual was this peasant thing..

Dang, I'm suprised at how hard everyone is coming down on this kid. It doesn't matter if its a Geo or a G35, cars will get smashed. Hopefully the kid is STILL alive and learned his lesson.

Ps- Its only a car.

Wow...i bet he learned his lesson...for 5 minutes, at least till his parents bought him a nicer car. I hate it when people dont have the respect to realize whats in front of them. People who never have to work for anything and get almost anything they want. but thats life..Oh Well.

I personally like to drive my car slower than normal..(at least until the time is right to race someone who has no idea what power this little honda is packing). I feel that it shows a lot more respect and maturity. And its like + 10 pimpage points..haha.

I am glad he is ok and hope he learn from his lesson. New Civic SI has proven to be a very safe car. Good job Honda.

There is a high school kid over on E46fanatics.com who got a new '05 M3 Competition. He raced everyone on the street of San Marino and anyone who wants to street race (period.) So..I invited him to Street of Willow and offer to take him on in my stock S2000. If he can lap SOW faster than stock S2K, I will pay for his track day. His replied was "I need to ask my dad if I can take this car to the track." He talked all tough but at the end, I found out he is still in highschool. So..I just dropped it and hope he doesn't crash like that SI.

did you see the statement that I quoted?

did I say anything was wrong with a civic...I've had two civics. Nothing wrong with them. He just makes them sound like they're something 'oh so special'.
