2009 civic 5 speed auto/will not shift into fifth gear
Pulled a code PO843. Replaced the 2nd clutch transmission fluid pressure switch yesterday and did not fix the problem.

You may want to take it in for a professional diagnosis. Generally speaking solenoids/sensors/switches don't go bad on Honda transmissions, any codes thrown for them are almost always indicative of transmission failure.
