Squeaky sound coming from engine
03 civic ex
ok so when i start the car up it makes a squeaky sound, not loud like when the belt is loose, i checked tension on them and all are good, im 90% sure its the alternator belt, could the sound be coming from the alternator itself or the AC? because the belt is connected to both
btw the sound goes away after a while of driving

try belt first...when belt is off turn each pulley to see if you cant replicate sound.
put a scredriver on each pulley and see if the sound gets louder
