beans your stock shifter is fine. I like them better then any after market. And for clutch with you stock motor I would just get a stock OEM replacement

It would all depend on your budget. If you are looking to cut costs, something like Strut King or TWM would do the job just fine. If you're looking to spend a ton of money, look at K-Tuned's latest release of their billet shifter box assembly (just hit the market).
As for your clutch, I would definitely get an OEM replacement unless you're running boost.

Don't know if you have already purchased Short Shifter yet or not but I bought
the REVO and have no issues with it. It was also at a reasonable price.
