reset engine code 03 civic

reset engine code 03 civic
ok so i over reved my 03 civic while on the phone like a dumb ***...anyways i know nothing is wrong with it, and i wanna reset the cel without unplugging the battery
in my 99 civic i can undo the 7.5 fuse in the box and it will reset but i donno crap about this 03
anyone know if you can reset the cel by pulling a fuse and not the battery
ps i know it would be easy to pull the battery but i dont wanna deal with having to fix the radio and not having the stock code on hand will be a pain
