i have a problem with my radio...its an aftermarket pioneer. it plays cds and everything but the radio doesnt work for some reason..it worked fine when i first installed it until i installed my amp than the radio just didnt work as good anymore. It still works but i get alot alot of static and works around some buildings and trees

 

maybe you didn't plug in the antenna connection all the way?

 

thats what my brother said too but i checked all my wiring its all plugged in...

 

maybe there's interference from something in your glove compartment or around the area? in my car, my headunit sits behind my LCD screen, when my lcd screen is on, it causes an interference on the radio which messes up the quality of the radio only, not when i listen to music from my carputer. if i turn the screen on and listen to the radio it works fine.

so there might be some interference.

 

hm theres prob an intereference but idk what because i dont have anything running besides the radio itself
