Thanks! I replaced purge valve before. The problem is not solved. I am going to replace the vent valve recently. I will let you know the result.

I removed the charcoal canister. There is only one valve on it. It is

Dorman 911-762 Charcoal Two-Way Evaporative Canister Valve

. I used 12 v power to test it and I can hear click sound. I am thinking it is good. The 2 screws are so rusty that I have not been able to take them out.

Another problem I found is the tube attached to purge outlet on the charcoal canister. About 3 inch long metal tube is not covered by rubber, which is rusty badly. I am thinking how to fix it now.

Is the 3 inch long metal tube replaceable? Do I have to replace all the long tube which is to the front of the car?

Use a tape covered the 3 inch long metal part. The code has not come back in a week.
This is another Honda stupid design. Why is to expose this short metal tube to air? Is it difficult to cover it by rubber like other parts in the tube?
