Re: ► Official EM2/ES1/ES2 Picture Thread (1.1)
its been so long since ive posted a picture. i havent been in the scene all that long, but definitely long enough to know who some of the real OGs are
these shots are from the 2016 eibach meet. the car looks a bit different now and im doing some other major modifications that ive been planning for a few years now

heres one with my buddy's sedan. he put a lot of time into the body work and i would definitely classify him as an expert in that regard. no bolt on flares here lol
Attachment 435178
now that my car is going under the knife for a while, i needed a suitable stock daily since the green one was slowly becoming un-daily-able. so i traveled north and brought back a piece of canada with me to serve as the new commuter car

nice! Hopefully your em2 can get its tender love and care back. haha ya mine has a bunch of sun damage on the front and rear bumper. Trying to revive mine, its been sitting out in the SD sunshine for 4 years.
I forgot what my old login was so I had to create this one. it was definitely nice seeing the cars again

After 14 years... she has been rear ended twice, shocks blown out, chipped clear coat, deteriorating headlight housing, its been keyed, cracked windshield, blown head gasket, transmission replaced twice, broken into multiple times, and pulled over countless times because of the color and darkness of the tint... she is still my favorite.

My new project, stock 01 5 speed HX picked up with bad timing belt for $400, rebuilt the motor and now enjoying 41.7mpg while i finish putting together my Rsx energy suspension 5 lug swap.
How she sits for now.
Pretty stock, 4in shifter extension w/ weighted **** and silver/white face cluster from a 5 speed 01 EX sedan.
All new everything, runs perfect.

Wow I think the last time I updated on here was 2014...oof.
Not much has happened with the ES1 lately besides replacing the front bumper (old one got messed up by a tire on the highway). Still need to get my rear quarter panel fixed after pinching it.
Took some semi-recent photos of it with its "new" wheel setup that I've been rolling on since 2015. This year also marked 10 years owning this little go-cart.
I don't really have any super huge plans for this car as of right now, not even sure when a K-swap will happen or if it even does as the Z project has been getting most of the attention (and I need at least one reliable car on the road right now).
I did get the windows tinted 40% all around, except for the windshield, and some dash rugs for the front and rear deck to protect it from the sun since taking these pictures. I also have to re-seat the side skirts as the summer heat was not too kind to them last year.

Hi there,
I've already bought Truck Wing Tai and want to know if You happen to have pattern to drill holes on Trunk and Hardware needed.
About fog Lamps, are they JDM or regulars from $29
Asian Tail Light look NICE
Best Regards from Mexico

Re: ► Official EM2/ES1/ES2 Picture Thread (1.1)
my em2 before mods / aftermarket foglights
after mods
as it sits right now
The side skirts and front lip are being installed right now at the body shop. Get the car back tomorrow!
Mod list:
BC Racing Coilovers
Hardrace Full Bushing kit, Hardened Rubber (Front LCA, Ball Joints, Rear RTA, Rear Knuckles)
Hardrace Rear upper adjustable camber arm
Da Vinci Racing adjustable inner-tie rods, OEM outer tie-rods
SHG Motorworks Delrin steering rack slider
Acura RSX base knuckles, hubs, bearings
Acura RSX Type-S rotors, calipers, pads
Goodridge SS brake lines
Civic EP3 Speed sensors
New OEM sway bar links and bushings, front and rear
Civic EP3 Type-R wheels, silver, 17x7
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ 205/45-17 (road force balanced, car four corner weight balanced.)
Drives like a dream. Now, to k-swap.
Bonus: Interior, USDM 2005 Rallye Red Factory Limited Edition interior. I need to have the red alcantara reupholstered. The foot pedal covers and metal bezel around the shifter were also factory. The rear seats match, they just don't have honda emblems.
