another question, the bleeding process .</TD></TR></TABLE>
I needed 2 people for this. One person sat in the driver's seat, pressing the pedal down/up, while I used my finger to control the the pressure on the line.
Basically, I loosened up the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder, then put my finger on the bleed hole. I had the person inside depress the clutch pedal all the way down, and hold the pedal down as far as they could. Then, I released pressure on my finger slightly, to release the air. I then reapplied my finger, and had the driver release the clutch, allowing no air to seep into the line. I repeated this process until my finger was being forced off of the slave cylinder bleed valve, by the fluid pressure. (This gets messy)

Re: (toyomatt84)
is the bleeder valve for the clutch located in front of the engine, next to/on the transmission?
i've been trying to find out where the bleeder valve is for some time.
Thanks!

On the nose-end of the transmission, there is a slave cylinder. The bleed valve is on it.
