Nope, they don't have a shop for that.
I have been to a mall in Arizona that had a small shop that dealt with Japanese imported goods for cars. But, the majority of their parts dealt with appearance and the standard upgrade parts (intake, header, exhaust). They did have some Spoon goodies, which was cool. Too bad I was broke, otherwise I would have bought something.

Theres a mall somewhat near me that has a store where you can get all kinds of ABS plastic knockoff parts for civics. Type R lips and grills and stuff.
