Major idle issue on my 04 civic ex

So my timing belt slipped and bent most of my valves.. I removed the cylinder head and took it to the shop... They did a whole valve job... I got everything back together today and as soon as I started the car up my RPM started jumping between 1 and 3 at a steady pace... I don't know what to do next can somebody please help me...
