The glass should be relatively easy to replace once you remove the door panel and can see inside the door.
We don't have a DIY for this, but I'll poke around a little to see what I can find.

i dont have pics, but its not difficult at all...
look behind the door latch from the inside. you will see a little cover with a slit that looks like it will fit a flathead in it. grab a flathead and pry it off...should come off easily, and it will expose 2 screws. take em out. then, around the trim where the window switches etc are, pull the front bottom part off. its a bit tricky, but its all pressure tabs. that will expose 2 more hex screws, the back one likely requiring an extension on a rachet to get to. once those are out, pop the door latch behind the door card. work around the perimeter of the door card and pop all the little tab things (maybe 8 or so around the perimeter). now just lift the door card over the lock and its off.
Once it off, theres about 3 screws holding in the regulator. once you can see everything from the inside of the door, it should be pretty self explanitory to get the window out and get the new one in. figure about an hour to get it all out and then no more than 10 minutes to get it all back together (much easier once you see how to do it).

Edit - after looking at your link, i have to congratulate myself for remembering there were 3 bolts holding the regulator in. its been a while since i was back there haha
