Default Header

Does anyone know if the 4-2-1 dc header is street legal in california? Also if anyone has them already did you notice anything different after the install?

I live outside of ca so im not sure. I dont have one but performance wise probably a 1-2 hp gain if that. Also maybe alittle better throttle response and a slight deeper exhaust sound. These engines suck for performance just stick with handling mods.

Ok well thats good to know. I already have a full Tanabe street medallion system on it right now. I wanted to get a little bit more noise out of it.

Noise yeah youll get alittle more with the header. Youll be able to hear the vtec kick in alittle with a intake too. But minimal gains

If you were to to combine those mods with a stage 1 crower cam then we will be talk some hp (20ish hp) more if you went with a stage 2 but you would need a tune for it to run.
