Default Head Gasket, Water Pump, Timing belt

Hey all you honda civic folk. I’m currently getting my head gasket replaced, water pump and timing belt. Last year I put in new spark plugs and due to the head gasket issue i’ve ruined 1/4. Should I replace all 4 spark plugs anyways? should the 3 that were put in last year still be okay? Also, what parts should be honda parts and what parts should be aftermarket? I know honda parts will be more $. but i’m not really worried about that too much. should it all be honda parts? should only the timing belt and water pump be honda parts? thanks in advance, i have a 2004 honda civic LX coupe 4 cylinder.
