Default Fluid leak at front conner, passenger side 2004 Honda Civic Ex

My 2004 Honda Civic is having a fluid leak as shown in the pictures. It looks just like an oil leak; however, my mechanic keep telling me it is a coolant leak instead. I have just changed my coolant and oil both at the same time, my coolant should be green and oil should be light gold. Does any one have an idea what this is and where it come from?
I am confused. My car does not seem to have any problem. Thanks!

I believe this is a pretty common leak on these Civics. See the last post in this recent thread for a solution... https://honda-tech.com/honda-civic-2...enoid-3267383/

Also, it appears that if it is the cylinder head plug/cam seal cap, it is easy and cheap to repair.
