So I am trying to help my brother sell his grocery getting 4 door 2001 Civic because
he bought the 2011 Oddessey. The Day Time Running Lamp only works on the drivers headlight, the passenger headlight does not work in DRL mode. I replaced the bulb so I know it is not the light itself.

I heard a noise coming from behind the dashboard in the DRL mode, it goes away when the lights are on. Could it be the DRL relay, or is their a module? I know with my Prelude it was the relay but both lights didn't work so I am a bit confused.

if i remember correctly, it's a grey box located under the driver side dash area. i think exact position may depend on trim level.

anyway, open the drl module. inspect the relay solder joints carefully. they often crack over time.
