I would like to know also!

If your planning on going turbo its best to do a leakdown and compression test!

never bothered to find out what the spec is for a d17 but my guess is that it should be around 180-200psi.

note that honda specs will specify minimum and ideal compression. it will also specify the maximum variance between cylinder.

It should be above 135psi

Maximum variation is 28psi between cylinders.

keep in mind that honda sets the minimum very low...i'm guessing so they can avoid warranty claims on motors that burn a lot of oil....

I was filling in some missing numbers from your other post.

I don't know what the average numbers would be. I haven't looked or asked, and I also didn't think to check mine when I changed the spark plugs.
