2005 Civic EX A/C On and Off when hot and fast
So I have a 2005 Honda Civic EX that is having a weird AC issue I can't figure out. It works fine when it's below 105 outside. When the outside temp raises above 105 it works fine unless I get going above 60mph. Above 60mph it starts to blow warm, then cool in cycles. Usually cool for about 30 seconds, followed by a couple minutes of warm. I can then hear the clutch engage and it cools for a bit, then back to warm.
Any ideas?

Have the system recharged with correct amount of R134a refrigerant.
It sounds like you may have air/moisture in the system, remaining refrigerant needs to be recovered and the system put under vacuum for a min. of .75hr to boil off any moisture then a proper recharge, [correct amount of R134a refrigerant in oz]. 94
