2002 Honda Stream - Civic-based 7-seater - instrument cluster compatible with Civic?
The instrument cluster in my Stream van doesn't light up properly. I have changed the eye-wateringly expensive bulbs, that's how I know how it is the cluster that's broken.
A new cluster is 850$, a used one still 170$. It's a fairly rare car, and I have found out that the Civic cluster can be had a bit cheaper. Unfortunately, it has a different parts number - yet it looks very similar.
Does anyone here know if the two are compatible? The blue and green connectors look similar, too, but I'm not so keen on investing more money without really knowing what I do.

Re: 2002 Honda Stream - Civic-based 7-seater - instrument cluster compatible with Civ
i tried plugging a 2003 civic lx instrument cluster from a recycling yard into my 2004 civic lx. It plugged in and fit in the dash but was not exactly the same and did not work at all.

Thanks for the reply! If even that doesn't work, I suppose I shouldn't think about my swap anymore. Time to pay what it costs...
