These calipers will eventually be sold to the public, I imagine. They were designed with smaller cars in mind. I am driving the car for the next 2 days (drivability), then the car goes back for more testing. I will track test them @ the next NASA HPDE here in Phx. in 3 weeks. My friend will also drive and do some testing that weekend. After that, I am guessing that the MFG will decide on final specs and then it all goes from there.</TD></TR></TABLE>
That's good to know. Let us know when this goes to market.

Looks like a nice braking system. What are the minimum wheel size required to run them? Also, what do you have in the rear for better brake bias?

17" in the minimum, and wheel offset and spoke design are crucial. (17x7 +42mm is the wheel pictured, and they barely kissed at first. So a thin spacer was added) I will verify fitment on my track set (17x7.5 +45 Rota Slipstream) up next week after SEMA. A +40mm offset would clear no problem.

As for brake bias.... Honestly, I haven't addressed the issue yet. After the caliper testing, I will start on the brake bias. Personally I like the way it brakes, although I am curious if more rear brake will help or shorten the distance significantly.

Nice setup. What kind of bracket do you use? custom?

A friend of mine makes nsx and acural RL calipers bolt on to 4x100 civics with a custom CNC bracket he makes.

Maybe if you ask nicely.

Ah good stuff. I'm sure some sort of upgraded rear brakes will shorten the distance a little bit. My concern for the brake bias is during heavy braking and cornering. I would assume the front tires may take more of a beating and there may be some oversteer since most of the braking power is in the front. Although, it might be beneficial since fwd cars tend to understeer from the factory . Hope your buddy makes these for other applications.

Very nice. When I get my 13" AMG setup on my civic, we can go tire-shredding.

Falken, who do you know that fits NSX calipers to 4x100 form?
