What tape to use to hold a lip?

Me and a buddy are going to install a CF lip on his car and we are wondering what kind of double sided tape we should use to hold the lip? I'm just looking for some tape to use while I drill in the self-tapping screws. Thanks!

Go to a automotive paint store....They have the good 3m ****...
