..... Sure why not the best part about cars is you can do what ever you like to them .... Personaly I dont care for those doors (except on the cars that they come stock on ) but if you look in super street you can find a kit for them ... its made by the same company that sells the door shave kits ... there is an add in the new issue with the skyline on the cover

i don't know why you guys even bother coming to the appearance forum just to flame for. it's not like YOU are the one that's going to do the mod.

too bad most h-t people don't care about car shows, so anything car show related gets flamed.

I like those doors alot. I talked to a few shops and they said that they had never done it before. And it would cost at least $2000 CDN. Here is what you need.

A rail to slide the door out from the frame.

A Locking hinge that will lock and hold the door but not too much so you can close it.

You need a hydralic support to hold the weight of the door.

You might need a motor to make it automized and help in door support.

complete custom fabrication - gonna invest a lot of time and money. You should figure a way out so you can help others with the same needs. Not to mention - you could make bank.

If you guys wanna flame on. go right ahead. I have an insanely modded show car that runs 12's. I went with a lot of showy stuff cause I show it and I also race it. I am sponsored by Kaotik Graphics so the graphics part is a part of the deal we have.

This is what it looks like now. I want the door conversion cause it looks tight to me and I know it will help in winning shows.

I know a lot of you are not gonan like what you see here, but when you have a company that is willing to help you out in doing things for show and race and all that, I tend to be willing to do whatever. I happen to like graphics so it wasn;t a bad deal since it is all done for free for me.

I think that was http://www.decah.net but I checked it out and it was kind of strange they never reply to inquiries. Can you get that address or info for me since you have that mag probably? I'd appreciate it.

Work on the interior? Ok. you know that that was fully redone and redied into black rather than getting all the regular pieces replaced in black. There is nothing else to really do to the interior. I have about 6 shows under my belt. Obviously the interior I have helps out a ton so I don't understand why you think its not good. but hey, its your opinion. I wouldn't expect anyone on Honda-tech to really like my car that much anyways because HT is like JDM junkie heaven. So I was just showing the pics of what I have to show what the VDC is going on, which is still the main focus of the topic. I am trying to figure out if anyone can help me with this conversion.

sorry if that sounds pissy or whatever. But I just love how everyone bashes everyone elses stuff when its a personal preference to begin with.

It matches the interior of which I got the leather for near nothing from Katzkins CFI cause they were sponsoring me for a lil bit too. Thats how the whole black and white thing got started. But yeah, it was free and they are givin me help when I need it, so I have no cause to complain.

Ease up on my car club pres. He does all of the show stuff, which keeps our name in people's minds and hopefully gets more sponsors for the club. Also, I can guarantee that Tyler's LS can tear up the "clean"(Read: slammed EGs with rotas and D16s) cars that everyone in here jocks.
Either way, here's my car for all of you clean freaks that don't recognize a 13 second street car when you see one.
