i got a 96 cx hatch and i did have the wings west siR midspoiler on it but i took it off b/c someone was going to buy it from me but now i dont think they are. when i took it off it left the 4 holes and some glue and some rust b/c it wasnt seeled properly. Which solution would be the easiest to do now.

1. put the spoiler back on and sand down the rust and seel it with silicon or something like that? What would you say i should seel it with?

2. leave the spoiler off and have the holes tac welded and then repainted and everything. don't really want to do this one b/c i dont really have the money to do all of it.

3. anything else you would suggest?
