Re: EDM spoiler need help... (rexie)
first off is it original, if it is it should have studs sticking out from the bottom. when i did mine this is how i did it. get masking tape and lay it across the back end of the hatch. put dabs of grease so that when u place the spoiler it leaves a mark. drill the holes out, now a real spoiler is going to have some play on each stud that comes out of the spoiler, (in other words there is room for small error) you will have to remove the inside plastic panel. cant tell u if the wiper motor is in the way b/c i had taken mine out and shaved from the hatch. put down some rtv (black silicone sealant) on the outside then the spoiler in place and put on the small nuts from the inside. pretty simple my buddy and i did it with no prior experience. looks great too!! good luck
hope thats clear and helpful

Re: EDM spoiler need help... (zccrx)
Yep, zccrx is right if its original, but if it doesnt have studs, and you dont want to put studs in the wing or drill into your car, you can buy some automotive double sided tape and stick it on there. As long as your hatch and the wing are completely clean there should be no adhesion issues, itll stick on there forever. If you ever want to get it off, just heat it up and pull, or worse comes to worse use a little bit of goo gone and a plastic paint scraper.
