That's like complaining about a plastic knife breaking when you're trying to cut a steak with it.

Hard to tell from that angle, it looks like you were stretching those tires. What width tires were you putting on what width wheels?

Re: (Junk2910)
Oh darn, gotta spend one days pay to replace it. I think AVS-ES100's are a good tire, don't listen to that dude. I know on my DD I wouldn't want a tire that was too soft. Spending 400-600 bucks on tires I want them to last as long as possible.

Not to have a tire argument here but..the MX, and Gforce CRUSH the ES100 those are known as total trash when it comes to a grippy tire..The MX, Azenis and SPT are all cheaper too buddy ( the s0-3 being the only tire thats not close in price since the bfg is 10.00 more than the ES100). All of those tires are fine for a DD car too whiteslipsw.stickers. pusssssy..kidding.
Anyways instead of looking like a dick here ( too late ) ill contribute.

Rota's FTW!
15x7 Rota JMags with 205-50-15 tires
15x6.5 Rota Slipstreams with 195-50-15 tires
New 16x7" Rotas coming soon.
Hopefully they work for Auto-X, if not I always have my LS meshes.

i have rocked rota wheels in the past and i'm actually riding on a set right now, waiting on my new wheels to arrive. I have owned 3 piece volks and rotas and my Te37 are on the way now. I can say that the quality in finish and strength is definetly different. One of my GTP volks had a slight bend on the inner lip of it. I had the same type of bend at almost the same severity (sp?) on my slipstreams and the volk balanced and rode fine, the slipstream was a completely different story. I will probably stick with a forged wheel from now on but you can't beat the price and fit and finish of a rota wheel.
that being said, here are a few snaps of my previous and current rollers...
current: 16x7 full polish subzeros
old set of 16x7 full polish slips
and on my old civic

the CTR is from a friend of mine, that was his ricer period. now he has his OEM taillights back in and a complete Mugen front.
my car is originally a 2000, 5 door civic but it was only made for the European market (in cooperation with rover) I did a integra DA headlight swap on mine because I didn't like my stock headlights.
