-Please Critique My Car- -2001 GSR- (56k?)
hi, i'm new here to HT. i've been lurking for a couple months now, but this is my first post.
i know this belongs in the Appearance/Cosmetics forum, but i don't have permission yet to post there.
anyways, here is my car. should i lose the clears? lose the mudflaps? add anything?

-Toda Header
-Blitz Nur-spec Exhaust
-Toda Spec B Cams
-Mugen Cam Gears
-Skunk2 Intake Manifold
-AEM FPR
-18 x 7 Ro_ja Formula 5's
-215/35/18 Toyo Proxe T1-S
-VIS Carbon Fiber Hood....
the rest is unimportant. i have a nice sound system, stock GSR leather, DVD player....bla bla bla. nothing that you HT guys would like.
this summer, i plan on going FI (maybe FMAX or REVHARD.) also planning a JDM front end conversion.
but for now, i'm sticking with the USDM front. should i get a Type-R lip like the rest of you guys?
anyways. well, feel free to critique me. i'm a big boy, i can handle "constructive criticism."

oops, forgot to say "going FI or JDM front end"...
yeah i know the 18's are pretty big for racing. i got burnt out on racing all the time, plus the tickets weren't very fun, so i decided just to roll around and "bling" for a while.
it was either the Roja's or TE37's.....i wonder which one's you guys would choose?!
oh, and the tint is 35% mirror tint. it's not tinted to the point where it looks ugly, it's just tinted you see a silhouette instead of my face. looks a lot better in person.

do any of you guys know where i can find an OEM body kit? friend of mine got in a wreck and tried to replace his, he said Acura was out of them.

hey Comp97GSR, you from KC i assume. what do you drive (i'm guessing a GSR.)
damn that sucks about the OEM kit, it's the only kit i'd put on (besides JDM.)
one more question: should i lose the wing? i've seen lots of wingless Tegs and kinda dig the look.
ps. just applied 3rd coat of Zaino, looks a lot better than those pics.

Yeah I am in KC and have a GSR. I am not for sure about the kit being discontinued but I think I read it somewhere. If you go JDM conversion, I'll take your front end

i like your car. i would not go with 16's. get some nice 17's. also a itr lip would look great. here is a pic of my car with one. also keep the clears if you want. its your car and being different is the best thing just as long as it is modist.
i had 17's for a long time, but then every ricer in my town had them. i wanted Roja's because nobody in MO, KS, or IA has them. i'm the only one. i also like gunmetal rims with polished lip. dunno why i got 18's, maybe because i'm a icy hott stunta.
i also have a color scheme going on with my car. silver/black. the wheels, hood, and interior all go together. that's why i think the amber lenses might throw it off.

Forget about the rest of the world for a second and take a minute to admire your car. Now to give my opinion, Keep the rims, wing, clear corners, and the hood. Your car is unique and personally that's what makes it so much better. I wouldn't recomend going FI because you know you will race as soon as you get the hang of it. I would go NA with your setup and just be original. Nice car man!!
