Flat black and satin black cars suck. That was cool 5 years ago. I would go with a deep purple with some pearl in it. And if your doing the bay, Id go with a lighter shade of purple pearl in there. my .02

im waiting for my duraflex spyder kit to come in for my 99 civic lx before i paint. Im thinking of doing something like accented look here but with a DARK Purple with a candy gloss on it. Car already has purple underglow and grill light. thoughts?

lol why are you gonna let your bf stop you from painting it purple? lol its YOUR car aint it? anywho i say you should combine the flat and purple and go with a flat purple or satin purple i think it would look nice if done right

lol it is from the late 90s, so i think its fair, but i think your thinking too light of a purple i want it so dark when therre is no sun it looks black. I admit though this comment made me laugh
